Pan Fry Mustard Marinated Lamb Loin by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
1 Hour X 8 - 10 2200 Cals
16 pcs  Lamb Loin
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 pc Red Onion (minced)
4 tbsp Pickled Ginger
  Salt and pepper to taste
   
Method
    1. Season the lamb loins with salt and pepper
    2. Pre heat pan with medium. Pan fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side
    3. Baste the meat with Dijon mustard
    4. Service with red onion and pickled ginger
