It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received at the time of delivery.
We accept immediate rejection for any defective products. A new delivery will be arranged as replacement. For any defective product found after receiving, notice within 24 hours with the original receipt and packing is required. After assessing the situation and dependent on whether the claim is reasonable to us, we may be able to replace the product.
Cancellation
For any cancellation it must be within a reasonable time therefore 24 hours is required. Please be noted that there is a minimum of 7 days to process the refund for Paypal. Any payment makes by Credit Card the Credit Card Company may take up to 5 weeks to recognize the funds in your account.
We reserve the right to charge customer the fee for cancellation with no defective product found.
