• A confirmation email will be sent out after placing the order. We will schedule the delivery on the next most available date. For any delivery issues occur there is a dedicated person to contact with customers.
• Delivery service is available to commercial and residential address of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying island areas includes Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to notify any changes to their delivery address immediately.
• We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
• We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Limitations

• Delivery is not available to most outlying island areas, as an alternative, you can arrange to deliver to your office address.
• Delivery service is only available to addresses of 4th floor or above when lift service is available. In the event of a lift breakdown we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
• Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery day. If order is being placed at the day when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted, next day delivery service will not be available and we will re-schedule the delivery day.
