Stuffed Eggs by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
1 Hour X 4-6 478 Cals
6 pcs Hard-boiled Egg (cooled and peeled)
1/4 cups  Mayonnaise 
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
3 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1/8 tsp Salt & Pepper
  A Dash of Paprika & Dill
Method
    1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and place the yolks in a bowl.
    2. Set the whites aside.
    3. Add the mayo, mustard, pickle relish and salt and pepper.
    4. With a fork, mash the yolks with the other ingredients until smooth.
    5. Fill the holes in the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
    6. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
    7. Put paprika and dill as decoration.
