Lemon Garlic Aberdeen Angus Chuck Eye Steak by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
11 Minutes X 2 TBC Cals
2 pack Spanish Aberdeen Angus Chuck Eye Steak
1/2 tbsp Usalted butter
1/2 tbsp Oive oil
3 pc Garlic (whole)
1/2 pc Lemon juice

MARINATE:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)
2 pc Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 pc Lemon Juice
Method
    • Pat steaks dry and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, diced garlic and a squeeze of lemon.
    • Heat 1 tablespoon butter, olive oil and garlic in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot.
    • Add steaks then saute 2-3 minutes per side for medium.
    • Squeeze more lemon juice on the steak right before removing from heat.
    • Rest for five minutes before serving.
