Grilled Aberdeen Angus Ribeye With Butter Glaze by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
20 mins X 2 peoples TBC Cals
2packs Spanish Aberdeen Angus Ribeye
2tbsp unsalted butter
1/2tsp Kosher salt
1/4tsp coarse ground black pepper
3pcs rosemary sprigs
Method
    • Add the Kosher salt and black pepper to the steaks and add to the pan.
    • Add the butter to a cast iron skillet on midium high heat
    • Sear the steaks on midium high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
    • Add the rosemary sprigs to the top of the steaks and spoon over the butter onto the steaks.
    • Put the pan with the steaks into the oven with 180 degrees for 4-6 minutes.
    • Rest for five minutes before serving.
