Quick Baked Macaroni and Cheese by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
30 mins X 4-6 peoples TBC Cals
400 g Macaroni Pasta
150 g Soft Processed Cheese (Sliced, Shredded or Cubes)
150 ml Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Oive oil
1 pc Onion, finely sliced
4 slices Cooked Ham, chopped
1 handful  Breadcrumbs
25 g  Parmesan Cheese, grated
  Salt
  Pepper
1 bunch Chives, chopped
Method
    • Preheat Oven to 180°C. Place the pasta into a large pan of boiling salted water and cook until just soft. Drain well
    • Add the sliced onion & ham into frying pan, stir-fry until onions are tender but not overcooked
    • Add the cheese and whipping cream into a pan over a low heat and bring to the boil, stirring well
    • Remove the sauce from the heat and add the pasta to the cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper, place the pasta in oven dish
    • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese, place the dish into oven for 10mins or until cooked through
    • Sprinkle with chopped chives for decoration
