Devilled eggs by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
10 mins X 5 peoples TBC Cals
5 pcs Eggs
1/4 tsp English Mustard
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 pinch Smoked Paprika, to taste
1 tbsp Chives
  Salt
  Pepper
Method
    • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then run under cold water to chill
    • Peel and slice the eggs in half
    • Carefully scoop out the yolks and place into a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise, smoked paprika and mustard. Taste and season with salt and black pepper
    • Place the mixture into a piping bag (with a star nozzle if you have one)
    • Pipe back into the egg whites and decorate with a dusting of smoked paprika and a chives
