Spanish Iberico Pork Wonton/Dumpling by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
2.5 Hours X 2 2857 Cals
500 g Iberico Pork Sirloin+Butt Mince
250 g Chinese Dumplings/White Wonton Skins
600 g Chives
1 tbsp Grounded Garlic
2 tbsp Water
1-2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Method
    1. Mix pork mince with the garlic, water, oil and other marinates. Leave in fridge for 30 minutes
    2. Chives chopped into small pieces
    3. Mix the marinated meat with the Chives
    4. Place 1-2 tbsp of mixture onto the wonton skin, tap some water along the edge, fold it into half and seal the edge
    5. Put wonton into hot boiling water until it floats then is ready to serve
    6. You can eat with your favourite sauce or meat broth
