Spaghetti Bolognese by Nature's Parlour

Ingredients
30 mins X 4 peoples TBC Cals
 
4 tbsps
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Family Reserve Picual
1 pc Onion, finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 packs Spanish Angus Beef Burger
2-3 tbsps Dried Oregano
960 g Canned Whole Tomatoes, rouhtly chopped
  (you can replace with ~900 g fresh tomato)
1 handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
1-3 tbsps Sugar
  Salt
  Black Pepper, coarse ground
500 g Pasta
  Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Method
    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    2. Add the onions and saute until lightly golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic and fry another minute.


    3. Add the Angus Beef Burger; fry until fully cooked and no pink shows at all in the meat.


    4. Add the oregano, canned tomato and paesley mix with the meat and bring to a boil. Season with the sugar, salt and black pepper.


    5. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for at least 15 minutes (you can cook longer for a deeper flavor).


    6. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and serve topped with the sauce and cheese (if using).
