Urgasa Poussins
Also known as "coquelet", poussins come from the finest French cuisine tradition and are distinguished for their all-white, delicate, and very tasty meat. It is the female of a free-range chicken characterized by its rustic breed. Urgasa poussins are naturally slow-growing (about 33 days) and fed on a purely vegetable diet allowing us to reap the benefits of young and tender meat yet thoroughly flavourful and crispy.
