Central Quesera Montesinos is a factory established in 1978 and dedicated to the production of mainly goat cheese and fresh cheese. We are suppliers of Mercadona since 2007. In addition, we export our products to more than 20 countries (United States of America, Portugal, United Kingdom, Latvia, Israel, People’s Republic of China, Australia ...).

DIFFERENT VARIETIES, SAME QUALITY
Process traceability - from the farm to the arrival of the cheese in the marketplace- it is verified and guaranteed, and always available to the clients of Central Quesera Montesinos, thanks to the detailed analysis and controls that ensure a continuous attainment of the highest standards of food safety and quality. Since 2004, our facilities and processes have been subjected to a thorough annual audit for quality and food safety, to renew and guarantee the stated objectives of the BRC Standard, where we have obtained certification with the highest category (Category AA).

PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION
Central Quesera Montesinos maintains a responsible attitude towards sustainable development and the prevention of environmental pollution. We are part of the international standard ISO 140001 since 2008 and we comply with the requirements established by environmental laws and regulations; likewise, for our workers, we maintain a safety and health plan at work, and support and instruction both for the defense of equal rights and for the defence of the environment.

OUR FARMERS
We consider our farmers as an essential and inseparable part of Central Quesera Montesinos; therefore, we are directly involved, providing our support and collaboration in the continuous improvement of their livestock farms and the quality of the milk they produce.
